I'm assuming your interested was peeked because you saw that Eriecon is holding like a billion tournaments for it?  Jeek had tried teaching me how to play it before and I felt that it strayed way too far from "kiss: keep it simple stupid" to ever be fun.  Basically, if you are a person that enjoys doing things such as memorizing the periodic tables, this might be the game for you.

Wow, I didn't think anyone even knew about that game anymore.  I actually still have maybe 4-5 decks worth of cards lying around here, including 2 decks printed as the original title it went under: Jyhad.  (Wonder why they changed that?  Oh, wait..)

The gameplay wasn't that bad, the wider variety to the rules are no different than dropping someone in the middle of M:TG and expecting them to learn every keyword, rule, etc from Alpha through the current set.

I was reading over the rules and a bunch of the cards.... seems quite mind boggling, like a game european cultist teens would play after there study sessions while they drank pigs blood...
